• All-In-One Solution AICT Peacemaker integrates various methods of conflict intervention—including mediation, negotiation, coaching, and mentoring. This allows us to open up entirely new perspectives and solution approaches, even for conflicts that change dynamically over time.
• Proactive Conversation Management AICT Peacemaker acts proactively, takes initiative, sets impulses, and thereby clearly distinguishes itself from conventional LLM chat systems.
• Complexity and Inclusion Conflicts often arise in a highly complex manner from many interconnected and interacting strands of action and reaction. They are influenced by cultural and linguistic differences, personal expectations, experiences and perspectives, by inner drives, and often also by economic and power-political interests. To fully understand and resolve conflicts, we need to understand the various triggers and their connections. Simulations become more relevant the more comprehensive and diverse the underlying data is, even when the relationship between these is not always immediately apparent.

That's why we train AICT with a wide range of highly diverse global data to model human behavior, emotional states, and conflict dynamics as accurately as possible. This includes, for example, knowledge about indigenous communities, marginalized social groups, and pathological research.

• Personalized Avatars and Negotiation Settings AICT adapts the negotiation avatar in character and language to match the preferences of the participants and suggests specific negotiation settings and environments. This fosters trust and increases the chances of successful conflict resolution.
• Documentation and Contracts AICT can document conflict resolution processes upon request. For binding agreements, these can be prepared in writing and sent directly to legal representatives for finalization. #PeaceTech solutions already exist in the market for this purpose. Our goal is to establish a partnership in this area.
• Conflict Prevention By analyzing complex real-time data and deeply understanding the origins of conflicts, AICT can identify potential disputes early on. It can then simulate effective counterstrategies and propose concrete, preventive measures.
• Personal Training Thanks to its comprehensive knowledge and understanding of conflicts, AICT becomes a sparring partner and personal coach for successful communication in negotiation, crisis, and conflict situations. Users can, for example, simulate an upcoming salary negotiation, develop convincing arguments, and practice suitable responses to possible counter-questions. This makes AICT a unique companion for personal and professional development.
• Open Source for Transparency and Collaboration AICT Peacemaker is developed as an open-source project. This creates transparency, builds trust, and fosters innovation. In addition to the economically successful commercial use of our sustainable conflict resolution, we also contribute to the Peacetech community and enable continuous collaborative improvement of the Peacemaker technology.
• Hybrid Quantum Cloud Technology – Next Level Security & Performance We focus on continuous technological advancement and evaluate the use of hybrid quantum cloud technology.

Our goal is to enhance the performance of machine learning training and conduct complex analyses and simulations of conflict dynamics in real-time. The ability to simultaneously simulate various solution scenarios and adapt the AI in interaction with participants (avatars and negotiation settings) as needed could lead to more precise predictions and tailored solution proposals.

Quantum cryptography could also offer an unprecedented level of security for storing and transmitting sensitive data. Our top priority is always to ensure maximum security and integrity for the data used by AICT.
